- Text translation
- A limit of three failed attempts per quiz
- Ability to review quiz questions and answers
- Use of eNotes on assessments
- Extended assessment time of up to time-and-a-half
Requests for Additional Support
Requests beyond the supports listed above require additional review. GCA staff will consult with the Academy Director and Exceptional Education Services (EES) Coordinator to determine what support may be available within the GCA program.
Important Information

- High school equivalency programs
- Alternative graduation pathways
Additional time to complete a course may be available for purchase when applicable. No course may extend beyond 365 days from the course start date.
How to Submit an IEP or 504 Plan
During enrollment: Upload the current plan when prompted as part of the enrollment process.
After enrollment: Contact your Academy Service Advisor (ASA) to request a secure upload link.
Do not email IEPs, 504 Plans, or other confidential student documents.
By submitting an IEP or 504 Plan, the student and/or parent or legal guardian acknowledges that GCA provides only the supports available within its private-school program and does not manage or implement the student’s IEP or 504 Plan.
