Admissions & Enrollment Process

We want the enrollment process to be clear and straightforward. Enrollment timelines are flexible and may vary depending on the student’s enrollment type, previous school records, transcript needs, funding arrangements, and required documentation. Our Enrollment Team will guide you through each step.

Step 1 – Connect With Admissions

Let’s Talk About Your Goals

Your first step is a conversation with our Enrollment Team. We’ll learn more about your educational needs and help determine the GCA pathway that best fits your situation.

During this conversation, we may discuss:

  • Your educational goals
  • Current grade level or previous high school experience
  • Courses or credits already completed
  • Graduation goals, when applicable
  • Individual enrollment options
  • Tuition, funding, and payment options
  • Documents needed for enrollment
  • Questions about GCA programs and policies

Step 2 – Complete Your Application

Ready to Move Forward?

Once you’re ready to enroll, complete the enrollment request form. Required enrollment documents are completed electronically through DocuSign.

Depending on the student’s age and enrollment type, forms and documentation may include:

  • Enrollment application
  • Financial responsibility information
  • Student and parent/legal guardian information, when applicable
  • Required identification
  • Course requests
  • Academic or prerequisite forms, when applicable
  • Additional enrollment documentation

Our team will let you know exactly what is required for your enrollment.

Step 3 – Submit Your Transcripts & Records

Help Us Understand Where You’ve Been

Previous academic records help us determine appropriate course placement, evaluate transfer credits, and develop graduation plans when applicable.

Parents, guardians, or adult students are responsible for arranging for official transcripts and required school records to be sent directly to Giant Campus Academy from the previous school. Records provided by the student or family are not considered official unless they are received through an approved official process.

Students intending to graduate from Giant Campus Academy must submit required official transcripts so our team can evaluate previously earned credits and remaining graduation requirements.

International transcripts may require additional processing or professional translation. Submitting complete records early can help prevent enrollment delays.

Step 4 – Graduation Planning, When Applicable

Know What You Need to Finish

Students planning to earn a Giant Campus Academy diploma will receive a graduation plan after the required official transcripts have been received and evaluated.

Our team will review:

  • Previously earned credits
  • Transferable coursework
  • Remaining subject requirements
  • Remaining credits needed for graduation
  • GCA’s graduation residency requirement

Students must complete a minimum of their final four credits consecutively through Giant Campus Academy to meet GCA’s graduation residency requirement.

Step 5 – Finalize Enrollment

Once required enrollment documents have been received and reviewed, our team will finalize the student’s enrollment and course registration.

We’ll make sure you know:

  • Which courses you’re enrolled in
  • How to access your student account
  • Where to find your coursework
  • How to contact your teachers
  • Where to get tutoring and academic support
  • How to access technical assistance

Then you are ready to begin.
